#1 Asus Vivobook S410UN
Are you tired of bulky laptops that give you shoulder, neck and back pain?
If yes, then the Asus Vivobook S410UN is a God-sent laptop for you.
Available in 14-inch screen size with Full HD display, the laptop weighs only a measly 3.2lbs, which would be barely noticeable once you’re carrying it in a backpack.
Even being so light, Asus hasn’t skimped on power.
Priced under $800, the laptop comes with a brand new 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U processor that has a base frequency of 1.8GHz, which can be clocked to 4GHz via Turbo Boost.
Along with a quad-core processor, you get 8GB DDR4 RAM, while on the storage front a 256GB SSD is provided. However, for better or worst; there’s no HDD included.
In case for some reason the RAM and storage feels limited, you can always upgrade it later with additional RAM and SSD/HDD slot.
The Asus Vivobook S410UN is available in Champagne color with glossy Asus logo on top and metallic finish. Once you open the lid, you’re greeted with a beautiful 14” Full HD screen, which unfortunately isn’t IPS.
However, you get extremely thin side bezels that offer a screen-to-body ratio of 77%.
Even with a screen size of 14-inch, the laptop is only 12.8-inch wide and 0.7-inch thick on the sides that makes it extremely portable and can be easily carried anywhere.
Additionally, the laptop comes with Nvidia MX150 2GB Graphics Card, which is ideal for hardcore gaming, but can handle all multimedia stuff easily and is suitable for watching 4K videos online without stuttering.
On the connectivity front, the laptop comes with 1x USB 3.1 Type-C port, 1x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0, 1x HDMI port, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 4.2, SD Card Reader and 1x Combo Audio Jack.
For the price, you also get a Fingerprint Reader, Backlit keyboard and 42Wh battery that offers around 7 hours of battery life on full charge.

If your primary goal is an ultimate gaming laptop that is a complete bang for your back, then the Dell G3 15 3579 should be a definitive pick.
With the launch of Dell G-Series laptop, it shook the whole world with its extreme performance laptops at a very budget price.
Usually, Dell laptops are known for their build-quality and are a bit pricey compared to notebooks from other brands.
However, with G-Series, Dell has retained the same quality though at a lower price point.
Unlike the laptop mentioned above, this laptop comes with Intel Core i7-8750H 6-core CPU that has a base frequency of 2.2GHz and Turbo Boost up to 4.1GHz.
It is available in two colors: Black and White, out of which the White laptop is my personal favorite.
It has White Color exterior and Black Color interior with Blue Accented Keyboard Lettering and TouchPad borders.
Coupled with the processor is an 8GB DDR4 RAM that unfortunately comes with 2x 4GB configuration, hence if you wanted to upgrade to 16GB RAM later, you would have to replace both the 4GB RAM sticks.

The laptop I’ve mentioned now comes with an Intel Core i7-8550U processor and 8GB RAM for a price of just under $600, along with 256GB SSD and preinstalled Windows 10 Home.
If you’re a student, then this laptop is a recommended pick because it offers excellent performance hardware at a very pocket-friendly price.
The only drawback here is that it comes with an HD (1366 x 768) display instead of a Full HD display. If you can get over that, then this is a perfect choice.
The laptop comes with Lenovo’s modern and chic design that speaks minimalism all over it. Even the top lid is entirely blank, with the Lenovo logo present on the right edge that too blends with the laptop color.
Once you open the lid, you are greeted with a full-size keyboard, but the quality isn’t as good as compared to other two laptops featured above in the list.
Being a laptop meant for college students; it weighs around 5 lbs, which though isn’t lightweight but isn’t that heavy too and can be carried around quickly with a reliable backpack.
On the connectivity front, the laptop includes 2x USB 3.0 port, 1x USB 3.1 Type-C port, 1x Combo Audio Jack, 1x HDMI, SD Card Reader, Bluetooth and Wifi.
However, if you require an Optical Drive, the Lenovo Ideapad 330s doesn’t include one, and you’ll need to buy an external optical drive.

#5 Acer Aspire E5-576G-81GD
If you’re looking for a laptop that offers over 10 hours of battery life on a single charge, while still being powerful, then the Acer Aspire E5-576G-81GD is your best bet.
First of all, let me be very honest with you. The design of Acer Aspire E5 is not very appealing and may not be ideal for most people on the design front.
However, they’d be great for a student or a business professional whose base requirement is mainly performance rather than performance.
It is built entirely out of plastic with brush aluminum finish on the top lid and on the keyboard tray. The laptop comes only in Black color with the Acer logo etched on the center-left side of the lid.
Build quality wise, this isn’t the best laptop in our list due to its plastic construction and a single fall will be easily able to damage the laptop and break the outer cover. However, for regular day to day work, this laptop will be a joy to work with.
It comes with a Full-Size Keyboard, which unfortunately isn’t backlit, whereas the keyboard too isn’t as comfortable to type compared to other laptops in our list.
There’s even a medium-size touchpad that gets the job done without any hiccups. Just make sure that the laptop comes with Windows Precision Drivers, rather than Synaptics or Elan drivers for touchpad.
On the software front, the laptop comes preinstalled with Windows 10 Home OS and needs basic setup before you can get started with it out of the box.
Additionally, on the hardware front, the laptop comes with Intel Core i5-8550U processor and 8GB RAM along with Nvidia MX150 2GB Graphics that is ideal for playing modern games but with lower resolution.
Also present is a 15.6” Full HD screen with LED-backlit IPS display, whereas Acer has included TrueHarmony stereo speakers that are louder than what you’d find in most laptops.
The Acer Aspire E5-576G-81GD would have been a bang for buck laptop if it was priced atleast $100 lower than it is currently priced.
I hope this article was able to help you choose between the Best Laptop with i7 Processor and 8GB RAM, all of which are under budget; except the Apple Macbook Pro 15″
To say the least, if you want a laptop that is complete bang for your buck, then get either the Asus Vivobook S410UN or else the Dell G3 15 3579 if gaming is a priority for you.
